Anyone Worked With Freelance Copywriting Agencies?

I’m looking to clean up the content on my website and social pages, and I’ve come across a few freelance copywriting agencies. They seem like a good middle ground between hiring a solo freelancer and paying big bucks to a large marketing firm.

Has anyone here actually worked with one of these agencies? Curious how they are when it comes to understanding your tone, doing edits, and working in more niche areas. Do they deliver solid writing, or is it hit or miss?

Appreciate any honest thoughts or experiences. Just trying to figure out if they’re worth trying out or if I should stick to hiring individuals directly. Thanks!
