Which areas or builders in Kanpur are considered reliable?

Has anyone checked the 3 BHK Builder floor Kanpur recently? I visited one last week, and the space impressed me--pretty spacious with modern interiors. The location was convenient, close to daily needs with good ventilation, which surprised me a lot. Can't finalize before listening to other people's experiences: How is the construction quality, and are the prices reasonable? Suggestions as to good areas or trusted builders would help.
